CIS/UDF Milk Data Transfer Permission Form

Obtain permission for a farmer’s milk recording data from CIS/UDF to import into VetIMPRESS.

Permission forms must be filled and returned to CIS, and a ‘one-time’ milk mapping completed within VetIMPRESS before a farmer’s data can be brought into your site.                   

Steps to enable CIS/UDF permission:

1.      Download permission form from the CIS website.

2.      Complete in full, including farmer signature and return to CIS.

3.      Open VetIMPRESS and complete a 'one-time' mapping of the milk recording data to the holding number.

You are now ready to view the farmer’s CIS / UDF milk data in VetIMPRESS.
