Adding a Vet or Support Staff

Add vets or support staff in VetIMPRESS.

Adding Vets

Steps to add a vet:

  1. Navigate to → PRACTICE Practice SetupVets.
  2. Click Add Vet button to the top left of the screen.
  3. Free type Vet Details: Forename, Surname, Branch, Email and Password as a minimum. These fields are mandatory and must be completed to continue. The email and password fields are the vet login details for VetIMPRESS.
  4. Click Save button to move to User Solutions tab. Here, you can select and deselect all areas which the vet has access to. All options are available by default.
  5. IF any changes are made, click Save or Cancel, as appropriate, to the top left of the screen.
  6. Click Next to move to Vet Alias screen. An Alias is any other name or acronym that the user might be known as. This is used when data is imported into VetIMPRESS where the user is identified within the data. This identification might be the vets initials for example.
  7. IF adding alias, click +Add button and free type name. Click Save to top left of the screen.
  8. Click Finish to save and close the record.

Adding Support Staff

Steps to add support staff:

  1. Navigate to → PRACTICEPractice SetupSupport Staff.
  2. Click Add Support Staff button to the top left of the screen.
  3. Free type Support Staff Details: Forename, Surname, Branch, Email and Password as a minimum. These fields are mandatory and must be completed to continue. The email and password fields are the support staff member’s login details for VetIMPRESS.
  4. Click Save to finish and close the record.
