Manage customer prescriptions in VetIMPRESS

View Prescriptions

Before you begin, select a client in the left side navigation.          

Steps to view client prescriptions in VetIMPRESS:

For one client

  1. Navigate to ClientReports → Data ListsPrescriptions.
  2. Search Prescriptions (for selected client), by date range.
  3. Click View Prescription to right hand side to view, download and/or print PDF prescription.
  4. Select another client in left side navigation to repeat.
  5. Click Export to Excel or Export to PDF, for e.g., to help with your medicine's management.

For multiple or all clients

  1. Navigate to Practice Data Centre → Data ListsPrescriptions.
  2. Select Prescriptions (All Clients) drop-down, by date range.
  3. Click View Prescription to right hand side to view, download and/or print PDF prescription.
  4. Filter and Sort information, using the three dots symbol to the right side of each column heading - e.g., by Date, Client or Vet etc.
  5. Click Export to Excel or Export to PDF, for e.g., to help with your medicine’s management.

Merge Prescriptions

Merge multiple or all prescriptions for one selected client. Merged prescriptions are printed to downloadable PDF document. They are not merged within VetIMPRESS. 

Steps to merge prescriptions in VetIMPRESS:

Merge multiple prescriptions for one client 

  1. Navigate to Clients Reports → Data ListsPrescriptions.
  2. Search Prescriptions (for selected client), by date range.
  3. Filter and Sort information, using the three dots symbol to the right side of each column heading - e.g., by Date or Vet etc.
  4. Check boxes under Merge in left side navigation.
  5. Click Merge button in top left navigation.
  6. View, download and/or print merged PDF prescriptions.

Merge all prescriptions

  1. Navigate to PracticeData CentreData ListsPrescriptions.
  2. Select Prescriptions (All Clients) drop-down, by date range.
  3. Filter and Sort information, using the three dots symbol to the right side of each column heading - e.g., by Date or Vet etc.
  4. Check Merge All button in top left navigation.
  5. Click Yes to confirm that you want to merge the prescriptions.
  6. View, download and/or print merged PDF prescriptions.
