Forgot My Password

When you forget your VetIMPRESS password, we’ll send password reset instructions to the email address associated with your account profile. For security purposes, we don't store password information, so we can't give you the existing password on your account.

Steps to reset a VetIMPRESS password:

1. Navigate to the VetIMPRESS login screen.
2. Click Forgot password?.

3. Enter your username and click Email Link

If you don't receive password reset instructions within an hour or two, check your junk or spam folder.
