Linking Uniform Agri In VetImpress
Users of VetImpress can connect with Uniform Agri. In order to create this link permissions are required by Uniform Agri. This agreement is drawn up for the dairy farmer to grant permission to the consultant to use the data of the UNIFORM program sent by the dairy farmer.
This can be done by completing the appropriate form below for your territory:

South- South-Permission-of-usage-of-data-by-consultant-Vet-Impress_uk.pdf
The completed forms should be emailed to: officegb@uniform-agri.com and copy in your FSM (below):
North FSM: Lauren Porteus- lauren.porteus@vetoquinol.com
Central FSM: Gemma Robinson- gemma.robinson@vetoquinol.com
South FSM: Jennifer Jones- jennifer.jones@vetoquinol.com
Once approved Uniform Agri will assign a unique reference number for that holding to the FSM.
This reference number can be inputted into VetImpress by taking the following steps:
- In VetImpress web select the appropriate client from the left hand side menu.
- Select farm settings then Holdings.
- Select the correct holding and edit tab.
- Select "next" until you come to the "on farm software" tab.
- Select the tick box "Used on Farm Software"
- Select "add provider" and from the dropdown menu select "Uniform-Agri".
- Under User ID heading enter the unique reference no that Uniform Agri provided and select "save" from the tabs at the top of the form.
- Select "next" and "save" to complete the holding update.
Once these details are entered into VetImpress the system will update overnight and data from Uniform Agri will flow into VetImpress.
