Extracting data to FarmAssist
User guide for VetIMPRESS Medicine Report to use for FarmAssist
Using this report function will allow the medicine use data to be extracted and presented on a common template which is suitable for use with FarmAssist. There is no need to amend any product names, quantities, or units – these can all be correctly read by FarmAssist.
1. Login to VetIMPRESS at http://web.vetimpress.com
2. Select your ‘Farm Client’ from the LHS menu.
3. Using the ‘Reports’ menu option, navigate to;
- Data lists
- Transactions
4. Select;
- 1. AMU Report Transactions
- 2. Data range
5. Use ‘Export to Excel’ to extract your selected data
6. Save your file.
7. Log onto the FarmAssist vet portal using your practice username and password, and then upload or ‘drag and drop’ the file.

8. Select the relevant farm you wish to upload data for from the dropdown, click on the ‘Documents’ tab, then ‘Upload’ tab.
9. To upload your file, click on ‘Select file’, or drag and drop the file into the ‘Drop file here’ area. Once you have selected the file to upload click on ‘Upload’ and the file will appear in the table above.
