Tasks creation in VetIMPRESS mobile

1. Log into VetImpress mob app and select the "add task" button from the left hand menu.

2. Under client type the client name which creates a dropdown list of associated names, choose the correct client. 

3. Enter the task title e.g fertility scanning. 

4. Schedule the date and time of the task.

5. Select "advanced" button to add more details to the task. 

In the advanced screen details the following details can be added:

  • specifying the sub account name
  • adding the vet name
  • selecting the task type e.g meeting, on farm visit etc
  • schedule the date and time of the task
  • add notes 
  • select if the task should be created as a farm event at the client level

6. Once details are complete, select save. The task will appear in the calendar. The task will go through a series of syncing processes, it will appear yellow when this is being carried out. Once the data for that task and client has being retrieved and stored the task will appear blue. The app can now be used without wifi connection with all the relevant information to complete the task offline e.g on farm. 

7.To begin the task select the task from the calendar. Using the right hand side menu various details can be viewed and edited:

  • Enter arrival and departure time
  • View animals, reports, lab submission's, delivery notes and Management groups.
