Combining Clients

To combine/merge clients in VetIMPRESS please follow these steps:

1. Select Practice setup from the left hand menu > Clients > Combine Clients

2. Select All from the 'Account Type' dropdown menu

3. Search for the parent account name and choose the "select" tab on right hand side. 

4. A pop screen will appear titled "Add new client mapping". 

5. Use the search function to search for the "child" account and select "combine with parent account". Multiple accounts can be added under the main parent account.
