Web VI Manual Sync & Mobile Sync - Bring in Animals

With your client selected in the left side navigation, you will need to go to Farm Settings > Holdings and click the farmers name in green text at the top of the screen.

A dialog box will open and you will need to click the 'Manual Sync' button.

The animals should be brought in, this process takes approx 30 minutes.

To bring the animals into your app, please ensure that there a task in your calendar for this customer and then go to Cloud > Get Animals for Tasks on your VI mobile app.
