CTS Web Services

Farmers may already have these – particularly if they are using any on farm software.  Alternatively you can request the credentials from BCMS, but be aware they will reset your password so any current farm software linked to CTS through these will need to be reset.

CTS Web Service username: 9 digit username in the format 123-456-789 (Not to be confused with the 11 digit government gateway ID used to login to their CTS site)

If they don’t have their log in details they will need to request CTS Web Services credentials from BCMS themselves by completing this form:      ctso13-user-id-and-password-request-v1-April-20.pdf  - Web services provider name is VetIMPRESS.

Email the completed form till bcmsenquiries@rpa.gov.uk with the subject heading ‘CTS Web service user ID and password request’
